After thousands of units sold over a decade, incorporating multiple changes in the Mini and Full Dual Purpose Leafs that we have sold in the past, we decided to incorporate and combine everything we know into this 9 Leaf Plush Ride System. We narrowed the options down, along with bringing the cost down hundreds of dollars compared to our previous leaf pack replacement. The Plush Ride Leafs retain the most expensive parts of the stock OEM leafs, saving our clients time at install and money in labor and intitial purchase. The new Plush Ride Leafs are designed around the same spring rates that we know work, while incorporating the main OEM leaf that holds the bushings and the next longest leaf underneath it. Throw the rest of the OEM pack and spacers out the window.
We nailed the same spring rates that the old replacement leaf system did, while keeping what we could from the OEM leafs. They perform just like the old replacement leafs did on paper, on the spring dyno, and on the truck. These leafs have been in the wild for 2 years, and are now being released to the public.
