Shock Tower LORENZIndustries towers are all laser cut and billet high carbon steel pieces. We're always upgrading our Bullet Proof Suspension Systems every chance we get. One detail that is not overlooked is the implementation of 
Bolts, the most State-of-the-Art Hardware available today. Grade-9, Bolts are the strongest in their class, which is the reason they are used in the Aerospace Industry! The 8640 alloy has 56% more Chromium & 100% more Nickel than other Grade-9's. The Bolt heads are 30% thicker, and have smooth extended shoulders to provide maximum contact surface against the threaded portion of the shank which in turn allows for a more secure fit. Unlike many other Grade-9 Bolts that are "hardened" to achieve their strength, the Bolt gets it's strength and flexibility from superior materials, and is not brittle like the competition. The Factory bolt ring is reused for our shock tower, along with all of the Factory Shock Bolts. All Race Shocks are direct bolt-ons.
